Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing residential and commercial properties on behalf of property owners, ensuring properties are well maintained, occupied, financially managed, and operated professionally.
• Manage day to day operations of assigned properties
• Coordinate property viewings, tenant inquiries, and new tenant onboarding
• Handle tenant communication, complaints, requests, and service issues
• Prepare and manage rental agreements, renewals, and related documentation
• Collect and monitor rental payments, deposits, and other property related payments
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, landscaping, security, and other services
• Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance or safety issues
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, technicians, and service providers
• Monitor property expenses and maintain accurate records
• Prepare regular property performance and financial reports for owners
• Ensure properties are presented professionally and maintained to a high standard
• Assist with marketing vacant properties and arranging property viewings
• Monitor rental market conditions and provide recommendations on rental pricing
• Handle check in and check out procedures for tenants
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, properties, contracts, payments, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with applicable property, rental, safety, and operational requirements
• Protect the owner's interests while maintaining professional relationships with tenants and service providers
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle tenants and property related issues professionally
• Basic knowledge of rental agreements, property maintenance, and financial records
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to coordinate multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
• Valid driving licence is an advantage
• Professional appearance and customer service attitude
Tenant Management: Tenant satisfaction, communication, retention, and timely issue resolution
Property Maintenance: Property condition, cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance response times
Financial Management: Timely rent collection, expense control, and accurate reporting
Occupancy: Minimizing vacancies and supporting effective property marketing
Owner Service: Regular reporting, transparency, and professional management of owner assets
